I had a great experience at this car wash. Alex, takes pride in running a professional and customer-focused business. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive to detail. My car looked amazing when they finished—spotless exterior, clean wheels, and a well-done interior. It’s obvious that Alex sets high standards for quality and customer service. The process was quick, the pricing was fair, and the results were better than many other places I’ve tried. What really stood out is that they also offer car maintenance services, which makes it a convenient one-stop shop for keeping your vehicle in great shape. It’s nice knowing you can get your car cleaned and taken care of mechanically in the same place. If you’re looking for a reliable car wash that actually cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend this place. Thanks to Alex and the team for the excellent service!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recently visited Platinum Werks Hand Car Wash, Detailing, and Mechanics, and I can confidently say it’s the best car wash in Lake County! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. The car wash itself was thorough and left my vehicle looking sparkling clean. They pay attention to every detail, making sure every inch of your car is cared for. Beyond just washing, they offer exceptional detailing services that truly rejuvenated my vehicle's interior and exterior. What really stood out to me was the customer service. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in meeting my needs. They took the time to explain their services and even offered recommendations based on my vehicle’s condition. If you're looking for a one-stop shop for all your automotive needs, this is the place to go! Whether it’s washing, detailing, or mechanical work, you can trust that Platinum Werks will deliver quality and service that exceeds expectations. Highly recommended!

I had my car detailed by Platinum Werks and they did an incredible job. The vehicle came back looking showroom ready — inside and out. Their attention to detail really shows in the final result. If you’re looking for professional detailing and quality work, I definitely recommend them.
